Delayed in giving the car back after insurance was done

I had given my wagonr to amar cars pvt ltd baroda after the car met with an accident. the car was given on 8/7/08. i was promised delivery on 30/7/08 but the car was delivered on 18/8/08 & when asked for reason they did not have any answer. the car number is gj6cm 3857 & the work done was not satisfactory
