IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE. I HAVE A GAS CONNECTION WITH TWO CYLINDERS AND I HAVE BOOKED ONE OF THIS CYLINDER FOR MORE THAT 35 DAYS. I TRIED TO CONTACT THEIR OFFICE SO MANY TIMES. THEY HAVE AROUND FIVE NUMBERS. MOST NUMBERS WERE RINGING OR SOME TIMES CALL CAN'T BE COMPLETED MESSAGE.BY CHANCE IF GOT THE LINE (THANK TO GOD), THE EXECUTIVES WILL SPEAK TO US VERY RUDE. I THOUGHT SE OF THIS IS BECAUSE OF THEY WERE BUISY AND DIRECTLY GO TO THEIR OFFICE. THERE ALSO SITUATION IS NOT DIFFERENT. NO EXECUTIVES THERE ARE INTERESTED TO SERVE US. THEY ALL WERE IN A FEEL THAT THEY ARE GIVING THESE SERVICES TO US BY FREE.
I FEELS LIKE TO SAY "BLOODY IDIOTS WE ARE NOT BEGGARS, WE HAVE PAYING FOR THE SERVICES AND IS NOT A FREE SERVICE". WE BECOMES DESPERATE.
