I gave my Tata Nano (BR-01AX-3181) for paid servicing on 18-06 at 10:00am. The advisor "Mazhar" received my car and said me to come at 04:00pm and sent my car for washing. When I reached there at 04:00pm, I saw that there was no any work done after washing. My car was standing after washing and no any worker was attending my car. When I complain to Advisor, then he ordered a worker to attend my car and the worker only change my Engine Oil and give my car at 04:40pm. Service Center then charged me 1900 Rs. for engine oil, Assy. Oil filter, System G Extra and labour charges. When I drive my car towards home, the car engine got very hot and engine stopped working after 5 km. I put my car at my friend home. Next day at 10:00am when I reached the service center for complain that my car engine got very high temperature and stopped working after every 2-3 km, the advisor "Mazhar" said me to wait. My car was standing approx 05 hours in service center workshop and nobody tell me what is the problem. After 03:00pm The advisor said to me that there is no more coolant in my car. Then he put 1.2 lt coolant in my car and hand over my car to me that now there is no problem. Then he charged 398/- for this. When i am on the way at my home... i got that the speed of my car engine was vibrating (sometime race, sometimes slow). mean the speed of my car engine is not constant... it vibrating.
(1) when i gave my car for full servicing... then why service center not checked my coolant on 18-06. Who were the responsible person when my car engine will be damaged.
(2) I have to get extra casual leave on 19-06 for mistake of service center.
(3) I was very mentaly harassed for two days.
