Dear sir,
the refilling sup[ply of the above said agency is very poor. the attitude and behavior of the attending staff is very rood and choosee. they do not supply the refill in time. every time supply is being made after twothree days late by issuing slip by the agency as the refill is not suppplied on the same date of issue of slip to the carrier. rather they supply the same to the shop keepers on higher rate and i have to make call again and again . every time i receive refill after 8 to 10 days of booking.
