With due respect I submit few lines for your generous consideration and favourable action please.
I had made an order with HAIROONTHAI GROUPS, HAIROON THAI PALACE, NO : 5, MOSQUE STREET, SADIQUE BASHA NAGAR, (NEAR SURYA MAHAL) VIRUGAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI -600092; PH: 044-23773710, MOB: 91-9600095174, for Paper Cup Machine and paid an advance amounting rupees 2 Lakh through Demand Draft payable at SBI Poovattuparamba Branch D D Bearing number 936959 Rs 2, 00, 000/- Dated 23/05 in accordence with terms and conditions the firm will be supplied the machine within 30 to 40 days. But so far the firm did not supplied the machine. As and wen I enquired the matter, their repply is that wait for machine now a days I have been warned agiainst visiting Chennai and threatened that if seen in Chennai they would get me, arrested by Chennai Police. More than 7 months is over the firm has neither supplied machine nor return back my advance with my compensation. Instead of sending machine now they are threaten me. For starting above production unit I had taken a room on rented basis for which I am paying rent 7 last 7 months due to above reasons I am facing a lot of problems mentally and financially.
In vew of above I humbly request to your honour that you may kindly look into the matter and kindly helpe to me, to get either machine or my advance amount with my compensation from the above firm.
