Replacement of car Battery and Exhaust pipe while car was given for repairs

My car battery and exhaust pipe has been replaced by service engineer without my knowledge, when my car was at Nerul service station for various works.

This issue I came to know when existing car battery and exhaust pipe was started giving problem. Since my original Battery is under warrantee I have therefore taken up the issue with Exide authorized dealer, from where I purchased Matrix battery. Exide dealer has informed that warrantee card battery serial no. and serial no. of battery fitted in my car is not matching. (My Matrix Battery Serial No.:38914 and present battery Serial No.:31863). Then I realized that my Matrix Excide battery has been replaced with some ordinary old battery. This can happen only at service center at Nerul, as my car is self driven, used very sparingly and it only goes to your Nerul service station for servicing and any other repair. I do not give my car to any road side service Garages.

Further I have found out that present battery belong to Honda car owner and this car is also comes to their work shop. There no common place to meet both the cars other than work shops.

In view of the above facts, I had repeatedly requested them to provide new Matrix Exide battery as replacement and replace my existing defective exhaust pipe immediately, but with out any outcome.
