About Misbehaviour of People

I travel daily from Ghatkopar To Belapur. The daily travel to CBD Belapur is horrible in peak hours.

Now a days one more trouble is added in list.

Recently me & my friend is just talking on Kurla Platform waiting for Panvel Train. As train starts suddenly a boy hanging on door hits my friend hardly & went away with train. No policeman is there to catch or punish him. Local passengers give my friend some water to drink. They told me "aisa to ab bahut bar ho raha hain"

I cant understand what the Railway Police is doing!!! There is no one to take care of such things
