My car wagon r lxi got accidental on 31 june and i gave it for repair to harrisons automobile panipat the back door was damaged and a long scratch was there on whole side startig from first door till the side pannel touching the patol tank pannel they repaird the front and back door leaving the scratch on side pannel saying it is not covered under insurance if u want the claim talk to surveyor he may help u indicating something he may ask from me which i didint so they left it like that i complaint to maruti helpline but it i should name it problemline they didnt give a notice without listening to anything they said it upto surveor i ak why we take a cashless policy and what type of survey and quality of service the maruti gives they told me car will be diliverd in a week on 26 july they calld me to collect the car what delay in service can anybody help it out
