Gift not delivered

I have subscribed for India Today for a year in sep. 2010 via subscription no. ITE1894858 . At that time I have been promised that I will be delivered a mobile phone in about 3-4 weeks time. It ha been around seven months now, but no delivery so far. Every time I write a mail for this, Ill receive a mail that I'll receive it in 3-4 weeks time. I can't understand a simple thing that if a magazine is being delivered at my address, how can a courier company couldn't find my address. It seems that it a bait to attract customers and company don't want to gve gifts. Detailed mails are pasted below
