The first ECS payment of our auto loan in the name of Mrs. Uma Rani Murali Mohan Loan agreement No.20474983 for reasons not known to us.
As far as we know, there was a System failure in IOB on the 1st February and this probably could have caused the failure of ECS transaction.
However, there was about Rs. 50, 000 and more in the account as on date of ECS transaction. As soon as I was informed about this, I have immediately called up your team to set things right and pay the installment. After about 25 phone calls and finally after 24 hours, they have collected the payment and given me the receipt. But today, I have received a message that my loan installment remains unpaid as on date. Please clarify. I dont want to be a defaulter at any cost any time. Pl ensure that no charges are levied since I am not at fault. Please clarify the position and acknowledge receipt of this complaint.
