Dear Sir,
I had purchased your best super model Tractor 605 DI ARJUN from your authorized dealer M/s RAJ TRACTORS, BramhNagar, Robertsganj, Sonebhadre (U.P.) on date 13/8 vide their Bill No;-2/099
for Rs 5, 40, 000 (FIVE LAKH FOURTY THOUSAND).
From the very beginning I complained your dealer for its engine performance, which never take a full load of 60BHP in respect of my another 605 DI AR JUN model. But your dealer kept us in dark saying that after its 1st& 2nd service it will be fully operate and will be fit and fine.
But after 3rd servicing and 900 engine hours the engines of the said 605 DI ARJUN couldnot have a start, after that when I complained to your dealer then they repaired the fuel injection pump at MICO authourised service center at Robertsganj. Again after May the same problem arose and again the said fuel injection pump repaired 2nd time by mico authorized service centre Robertsgunj.
Then after have a full service at your dealer RAJ TRACTORS works shop we take delivery of the said engine. But my driver could not go a distance of 4km the engine stops working with a cracking sound. Again the tractor was pulled by another vehicle to RAJ TRACTORS service centre and after checking they told that the kam shaft is broken. Now from the last three months the said tractor is at your dealers showroom in that broken position.
Now my complain is that your ENGINE have a manufacturing defect because :--
I am the owner of six tractors of your company having model no 265DI, 475DI- 3 no, 605DI ARJUN- 2No (including this tractor), so I am your proud customer since last six years and I have no complain till now in the rest five tractor (excluding this). The 605 DI AR JUN MODEL (engine no RK 1621/ A-1) is working without any repairing in engine till now, even its fuel injection pump is unrepaired and working well with us. All the tractors are working the
same job at same place with same operators, fuel, lubricants, etc. But the complain came only on this new modified, excellent model of your company
We told our friends, relatives and well wishers to purchase only Mahindra tractors. For this effort one of your GDM MR.KUMAR VIMAL of Banaras division praises us personally and the sale of Mahindra Tractors in our border area of Uttar Pradesh, Chattishgarh, and Jharkhand is always higher than other tractors in the market.
You also cannot say that we have no experience of maintainance and proper service of the tractor. Now my request and also right from your company to replace my defective engine with a new sealed engine immediately and take this engine to your factory and told your renowned engineer to find its defect as a research purpose so that your company have a No-1 quality control.
I hope that your company must hear on my issue and replace a sealed engine to maintain the customer’s satisfaction and faith on which your company is No 1 in Indian market since 25 years with slogan KAVACH KA DUM BEFICRA HER KADAM .
This issue hurts us too much as we could not do our job properly. Again we purchase a 475DI from RAJ TRACTORS to complete our job. Now after investing such a huge amount it causes us a great loss from both side mentally and economically
Please replace this engine as earliest as possible and reply to this letter at given address below.
