HDFC
THEFT OF MOTORCYCLE BY BANK

My motorcycle TVS Apache Registered No. DL-7S AN 2619 has been stolen on 11 Apr at 0800hrs in evening. A complaint was lodged in Geeta Colony Police Station and Untraced Report also received from them during June. IFFCO TOKYO Insurance was informed on the same day on their toll free No. as a common man I was not aware of their procedure. When I was approaching regularly to HDFC I did not know that IFFCO TOKYO had not lodged my case for insurance when I confirmed from them in Feb as my insurance was also expiring on 18 Feb they told me that they had not loddged any case. In Feb they lodgged case and asked us for the documents which I provided them during the visit of the agent. Continuously they were telling us for NON POSSESSION CERTIFICATE OF VEHICLE FROM THE BANK. Despite several letters from Registered Post and by calls to their Nos. to HDFC they are not replying us. When we enquire for our loan A/c No. they showed it that this account has been closed. I request the Bank I they have picked our vehicle we r ready to give the amount they required or if they have not picked our vehicle please issue Non possession Certificate so we can able to take insurance amount and give to Bank.

DESPITE REGISTERED LETTERS AND CALLS HDFC IS NOT REPLYING US. IT MEANS THAT BANK IS INVOLVE IN THIS THEFT CASE.

Thanking You
