Hero Honda Glamour
Not replacing guaranteed product

I have purchased a glamour hero honda bike in oct still in gurantee but facing problem in handle locking. always after the rain i have to struggle with the handle lock for 4 to 5 days. on complaining with the service center they just put the oil but refuse to change the lock even it is in gurantee.
