I bought a maruti zen in Dec from hercules, trivandrum. I did my first service after 1 month at Hercules maruti service center at Trivandrum. After the first service, there were a few scratches in the paint at the bonnette area. I am not sure how the scratches appeared after the first service but they are very much noticeable esp. since the color of the car is midnight black. Maruti service center tried to remove these scratches but it became worse after they tried to remove the scratches. Now the service center is saying the scratches were not caused by them whereas I don't recollect any scratches in my brand new car before the service. This type of service from a maruti service center is very surprising and disappointing.
Their attitude towards the customer changes once the car is bought and full amount is paid.
