About self switch in splender nxg

I had purchased a bike splender nxg in jan.2010 from kipps auto . on30 may had given my bike to service with complaint about self start is not working. after service centre told me that self switch near clutch is not working and it is out of stock.after 4 or 5 rounds service centre repeats the same answer out of stock... demand is gone... it is just 2 months gone but my problem is as it is.please solve
