Hi I am Abdul Shigave from Kolhapur. I have a complaint against Hero honda company. I gave my bike assion pro for servicing
at S M Ghatage, Ruikar colony, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. They charged me extra on each service. for eg. Change of oil,
removing puncture etc. was charged 5-10 Rs. each extra. Also they sent my bike outside the service centre to repair my bike. My original spark plug was replaced by them with a duplicate one and was charged extra Rs.10 on that. Also the service centre MANAGER talked rudely to me. not only the manager but also the service sfatt. i have faced this problem so many times. Will you please tell me the Service centers are for customers or customers are for them?
I Kindly request you to take a serious action against this service centre.
