Dear Sir/Madam,
With pain and agony of non care attitude for a customer order; i feel pitty and sad in writing a mail again and again to make notice of this.
I have placed an order for a Hero Honda Passion Pro (Self Start Disc Brake Option) at your sales point at vyttila, 'Hitech Honda' on an advance payment of Rs.5000 dated 13/11 (Receipt No: 1622). As intimated by them I'v not even chosen a color option as it might get delay again (But said sorry on Green and Blue option).
Following up this case; I have given a minimum of 10-12 calls to the sales point, and they said they have no clue about when or what is the despatch status!!!
So as to get support from your local office, i 've called up the cochin office and had an interraction with your Territory Manager; where in he promised to return back to me in 2days time; but agian unfortunate that it has been 20days... and..ABSOLTE NO RESPONSE!!!
Do not commit on delivery where in you cant take in consideration. Understand I've better choices in market and better point of services. This has been and extreme level of tollerance to which i can wait for just a bike.
Absolute poor and non professional attitude is been seen in handling your customer. Take care of them... now Hero Honda is not only the player inside... customer do owe choices.
I need a clear clarification from the authorized about this, why my values and time is not considered in your space? Where is the bike and booking status?
Feeling Ive' picked a wrong choice of purchase!!!
