Problem in my Super Splendo

Hello sir i'm Rohit Sharma from new delhi. sir my problem is in my bike super splendor.

Problem is millege of my bike is just 35km/l, i am dissappointed can u help me? My friends told me you should change your bike Cylinder Kit. but i buy this bike 11 april. But this problem is start on my first service. I'm realy dissappointed about my bike and your service centre they always told me sir next time your bike will give you atlist 50 to 60kml. But same as after one year my bike gave me same 35 to 40kml.

so tell me What Should I Do?
