hero honda customer care complaint no 13011247, 13011253 & 13011257 regarding replacement of handle lock of my bike REGN. NO: DL9SAD7139 Purchase date 31 Aug Model GLAMOUR, E.NO.JAD6EEAGH04759 it is further intimated that Hero Honda keeps me promising for replacement of lock of my above bike. Though the order for replacement of lock was placed after thorough checking by M/s Jaglan Motors, Sec-23, Dwarka (Service Provider) and M/s K.S.Automobiles, Mahipalpur, yet M/s K.S.Automobiles is not replacing lock on the pretext that lock’s inner portion broken. In this connection my submission is that:-

i) The lock was not functioning since purchase of bike. However, mechanics had viewed that this will start functioning properly after use of bike. But after some time when lock of bike could not properly function, I submitted my complaint to M/s Jaglan Motors during first service. Notwithstanding, they said the same with promise to replace the lock, if same was not functioning after some more use of bike. The same thing I again submitted during second service and they again said the same.

ii) When the problem still persisted, I reiterated my problem and M/s Jaglan Motors advised me to go to M/S K.S.Automobile the authorized dealer of Hero Honda for replacement of lock.

iii) I visited M/S K.S.Automobile on 13/7 (Gate Pass No. 1787), they checked the bike thoroughly and advised to replace it either from where the bike was purchased or from M/S Jaglan Motors. Then I again visited M/S Jaglan Motors. On this, M/S Jaglan Motors has contacted M/s K.S.Automobile over phone and again advised me to go to M/s K.S.Automobile as replacement will be done there.

iv) I visited M/s K.S.Automobile the same day and they informed me that order has been placed and it would be replaced within a week.

v) I contacted M/S K.S.Automobile on 23/7; they said that it would take another one month.

vi) I was not satisfied with his reply and I lodged a complaint on customer care on 24/7. After that one Mr. Neeraj of M/S K.S.Automobile contacted me and promised to replace it as early as possible. Since then I kept on contacting M/S K.S.Automobile.

vii) On August 4, Mr. Neeraj contacted me to come with the bike for replacement of lock.

viii) I visited M/S K.S.Automobile with bike on August 5 (Gate Pass No. 2118). Mr. Neeraj advised me to leave bike as it will take some time and collect it in the evening. When I reached in the same day evening Mr. Neeraj informed that the lock is not supporting the bike. On this I enquired why you have not checked it earlier and wasted my time. He replied arrogantly and refused to replace the lock on the pretext that lock’s inner portion was broken.

From above it is evident how a customer is harassed by the employees of the dealers and they are dealing customers purely on whimsical manner. I request the authorities of Hero Honda to please intervene in the matter and direct M/S K.S.Automobile to replace my bike’s lock immediately please.
