I HAD PURCHASED NEW BIKE PULSER 150 FROM THEIR DEALER HIND MOTORS LIMITED CHANDIGARH ON 27/07. FROM YESTERDAY IS GIVING PROBLEMS AND I CALLED THE SUPPLIER WHO AT MY THREAT THAT IF MY BIKE NOT GOT REPAIRED I SHALL CARRY THE BIKE ON RICKASHAW WITH A BOARD THAT NEW PULSER RUNS WITHOUT PATROL, BUT THEY SEND MECHANIC TO MY RESIDENCE AND GOT THE BIKE TEMPRERALY OK AND TODAY IT AGAIN GIVING PROBLEM AND HIND MOTORS LIMITED AGAIN CALLED FOR BUT THEY WERE INSISTING THAT BIKE SHOULD COME TO SERVICE CENTRE. AFTER HAVING TALKED WITH A PERSON WHOSE NAME IS NOT KNOWN BUT HIS MOBILE NO. IS 9780035505 SENT THE MECHANIC WHERE THE BIKE WAS STANDING AND AFTER GETTING IT REPAIRED IT WAS BRAOGHT TO SERVICE CENTRE WHERE MECHANICS FOUND THAT RPM WIRE WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

BAJAJ AUTO MOTORS IS A SCOOTER COMPANY AND IT SHOULD NOT MANUFACTURE BIKE.

THROUGH THIS COMPLAINT I AM GIVING NOTICE TO BAJAJ AUTO LIMITED AND HIND MOTORS LIMITED, CHANDIGARH THAT IF I FACE THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN I SHALL HAVE NO ALTERNATIVE BUT TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT AT THE COST OF BAJAJ AUTO LIMITED AND HIND MOTORS LIMITED, CHANDIGARH
