Not giving goodlife gift

Dear sir

i am the member of hero honda goodlife card my card no is 10877700009413769 you can see my point but after giving torch the said gift is not comming this is not fair i always service my bike in shiv service station dwarka sector-1 new delhi.so i have a request to you pl take care of this matter
