I am vinod kumar and I I have been using hero honda bikes for the last fifteen years. the current bike which I am using is cbz extreme but since the date I have purchased it I have suffered loads of problems with my cbz extreme and the behavious of the service centre officials makes it even worse.its has been my passion to maintain my bike and I always use hero Honda genuine spare parts and always go on authorized hero Honda service centre for the servicing of my bike.

I would like to inform you that I had always opted either sehgal automobiles or yuva motors for the servicing of my bike. and with pain I must tell you that none of these service centers have satisfied me to the even average satisfaction level.i had taken my bike to service centre every 3rd month but I had never been satisfied with them.

My cbz bike is still under warranty and it has some engine problems and technical faults. today when I went to both yuva motors and sehgal automobiles to have a check as it was not running properly they told me that there is engine problem and it will be charged.i informed both that bike is still under warranty.they said that I should give them the bills of the last 18 services.i told that that bike has been serviced at yuva motors and sehgal automobiles only but they were not ready to accept and were rude had managed to find some of the previous bills of the service but still there are many missing i am attaching some of them with my mail. i even told them that I have hero Honda passport but they were not ready to use the passport records.

I would like to ask a question at your end, Can’t they check the record of our services and I am ready to accept my mistake if I am at fault. the only fault I see is I trust hero honda authorised service centres.it has become hard to trust hero honda and their dealers. also I must ask you why do not they fill the service details and fill the service sheet when I always offer them my service book.

Now I would like you to pay serious attention to y concern and respond back to me asap as the hero honda authorized service centres are not upto the mark and they can only increase my trouble and beat about the bush. i feel that I have been cheated by hero Honda service centres.

I will appreciate if you investigate my matter and return to me and help me in solving my problem.
