Bike booked thru parcel service not delivered even after 15 days.

Dear sir,

I have booked a parcel (A Hero Honda Cd-dawn, kerala express, dtd.24.12. bill no. A-0045996) thru railways parcel service. at New Delhi Railway station. It was to send from New delhi to Kottyam Station.

From Delhi I reached on 26th but till date my parcel I didn’t receive. I went to kottyam railway station and given all informations on 31.12. but they failed to track out the same. They told to call twice in a day, I done the same till 07th of jan regularly, but unfortunately every days kerala express passes thrugh the station, they are still saying call twice in a day. Eventhough they are not aware / not trying to find out the current location of the parcel or when it will reach.

This is very ridiculous, even they are not having the proper contact numbers of other parcel offices.

So request you to please do the help as early as possible because it is already very delayed.

Note:- same time I would like to inform you onething that in new delhi railway station without giving commission to the railway staff, it’s very difficult to parcel the material to the destination, they are very much disturbing the users. So please take action to stop this
