Non issue of Goodlife passport

Sir,

My name is B Kiran Kumar from Warangal. I have paid Rs.250/- vide Receipt No. 2 dt:03-12 and my Vehicle chassis no is 05E27F14766. Till today I have not received the Goodlife Passport and also no gift items have been given to me since 1 year even after I have secured points. I went to the SRI SRI SRI Automobiles, Warangal but they have not given response to my problem.

It is requested to look in to the matter and do the needful please.
