Dear sir,
I have purchased a hero hond cbz motorcycle from matoria motors pvt. Limited, Sikar Rajasthan in Aug. 2010. vechiles engine is failure, at the speed of 50 kms/ph vechile's engine shuts down & does not start again. when vechile is passes through tiny water its engine shut down. I requested abovesaid delear to correct my m/c, he tried but all in vain, he could not correct & assured me that when company's machanic will come at workshop he will try to correct the said problem. At every service i have done said complaint. At last i have registered in company's complaint book which was lying in company's workshop, At this time my vechile is in company's workshop from about one months, its my bad luck that i purchased herohonda's m/c, now i am on foot & I have no money to purchase other vechile. company is not cooperating me.
