MOTORCYCLE r being given pain by ur authorized service centers Managers.

INCIDENT:-As on Sunday the above said service centre remain closed, I on 12.01.10 took a C.L. from my office and went for having second service of my new bike at 8 O’clock. I was told to leave my bike and come at 2 O’clock and given serial no.12.I returned by auto giving Rs. 30. At 2 O’clock when I reached there I found my bike was kept as it was at 8 O’clock. When I asked about it to the manager Mr. Sanjay Jha he told me to come at 5 O’clock. I told him why not I was told it earlier? bcs it cost me Rs.60 to go and come again and moreover the whole day engagement. When I saw the register I found that serial No. 14&15 was completed before my bike being serviced. I enquired regarding this partiality to Mr. Sanjay Jha then he started using loud words and abused me and used some unparliamentarily words. I simply demanded the complaint book but I was refused. I found a unlocked complaint box. Though the owner of the dealer cooperated with me but not provide me the complain book.
Now what I should do and where I should go for free servicing as other dealer (KALPANA SALES, DEOGHAR) refuse to do servicing of my bike?
SOME QUESTIONS MUST BE ANSWEED
1. How much time customers need to have a servicing?
2. Why customers need to take a C.L. for servicing?
3. six hours is not enough for 12bikes for servicing?
4. Demanding a complain book is an offence?
5. Behaviour of concerned manager was right? Can he abuse or use unparliamentarily words?
6. Partiality can be done by the manager?
