Bad sound from cylence

I have purchase hero honda NXG byke on oct from Pradeep Automobiles Raniganj (W.B), hense some problem i faceing that is some bad sound from cylencer when i am drive, I have lodge my complaint over there but they don't take any response, Please take action for this.
