Customer Service is very poo

Respected Sir,

There is no Dealer available in Dibrugarh District, Assam. So that we facing the problem. In SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA the customer service is VERY VERY POOR condition. There are not sufficient space for servicing, no customer waiting room. After sale service is extremely poor. No mechanic is in proper dress.By which we have problem that which one is the mechanic. After all how you (Hero Honda) can award them. Please visit the dealer and find the customer problem in SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA.. Its far better the PASUPATI TREADERS, DIBRUGARH and JUNALI ENTERPRISES, DULIAJAN as a dealer or customer service then SHAAKSHI MOTORS, TINSUKIA.
