I brought my scooter on June 4th from one of your dealer in kovilpatti, Hero Honda pleasure. The fuel meter was not functioning during the time of my purchase. My scooter number is TN69 AZ3036. When i brought my product they told me that they will change the fuel meter during the first service that was in July 4th. But during the service it has not been replaced, they told the spare parts is not supplied by the company and told me to wait for few more days to get it repaired. I was waiting for the call from the dealer, still there is no response. Is the vehicle comes with such complaint when the company is manufacturing the product, then what is the responsibility of quality control in your company.

one more thing is that the plastic bar above the side stand has broken with in a month without my knowledge.

How can it be possible that parts are not available when hero Honda is producing and selling millions of bikes?

Is this the kind of service we expect from a company like Hero Honda? As a customer, I am really tired now and do not know what to do. Without fuel meter, we are facing a lot of problems. My wife is facing a problem to use the scooter with out the fuel meter. Kindly consider and do the needful. Awaiting for your satisfactory service.
