After exeeding delivery date also dealers not give the vehicle and said no stock

I am booking the hero honda pleasure (black colour) at Jan 30 At varalakshmi hero pvt ltd and they will said delivery in 45 days but today i am approaching the showroom but they were said there is no stock and require one month extra time . so please take my request and do the process fast for getting the vehicle because i need a vehicle urgent
