Complain letter for new splendor pro maintenance under warranty

Vehicle bought in company name: M/s. Kapoor Imaging Pvt. Ltd.,

I have purchase a New bike SPLENDOR PRO DRS SCR VBK ON 04/02. from your showroom RM MOTORS PVT.LTD., Now my bike got problem in self-start while running and given to your authorized service centre on 03/05. Also they have given Job Card NO.78. I have kept my vehicle in yours service centre for weeks time. Also it is under warranty. Your service people said this will take hardly 20-25days time. My request is how long it will take to rectify this problem, actually my running-time for my work is need of vehicle without that how do i work. If this exist for long-day i have to go for consumer court.
