Non-delivery of refilled gas cylinde

Dear sir,

i am a consumer of your gas service.i am a old senior citizen, my wife too has expired 3 years back. i am staying alone.i have booked gas from from your agency 15 days back. despite of many calls to them they are not giving a positive reply.kindly help me and provide me a refill at the earliest and let me know by which time i will get the gas..your early response will be highly appreciated.
