I went to fill up petrol at Hindustan Petroleum Dealer Sathy's Service Station at 87, Residency Road (Corner of Brigade Road), Bangalore at about 13:30hrs on Sunday, 6 December. I asked the attendant to fill up Rs.1000 worth petrol and he just filled up Rs.200. I said I wanted Rs.1000 worth of petrol. Another attendant distracted me at the time he was to reset the meter to zero. The first attendant then continued filling. He filled Rs.800 worth of petrol. I said I wanted Rs.1000 worth of petrol but he said that he said that he has filled Rs.1000 worth, first Rs.200 worth and then Rs.800 worth. I am sure he has filled only Rs.800 worth but I have no proof as I was distracted when he was to reset the meter to zero. This is a scam and needs to be investigated.
