Non delivery of LPG Cylinders as per prescribed shedule set by the Petroleum Ministery

I am a consumer having No. 11034 Dinesh Aggarwal of your dealer Preet Gas Agency, Giddarbaha District Muktsar (Pb.)

Sir,

I want to share my views with your good self regarding problems faced by us:-

1. Late delivery of LPG Cylinders as per prescribed schedule set by the Petroleum Ministry.

2. No home delivery is provided to consumer as per norms set by Ministry.

3. No fixed distribution point for distributing LPG Cylinders. As a result people are finding them every road side of the city, but the employees of the agency daily change their distribution location. It creates a traffic problem in the city as well as mental agony for the consumer.

4. Under weight cylinders are supplied by the dealer to consumers either filled with water.

Even after expiry of 75 days I have received refill with the intervention of your sales officer Sh. Neeraj Dhiman. I have received only 5 cylinders in this current years that is Jan to Till date. I am very astonishing to read the statement of Honorable Petroleum Minister Sh. Murili Deora, that there is no shortage of LPG Cylinders and we have to wait for refill for 75 days.

I shall be very pleased if you inform me the course of action taken against the erring official and the distributor.
