Dear Sir,
On 11 December I have booked Honda Activa at Pashankar Auto Pvt Ltd, 364, 365/2, J.M.Road Near Standard Chartered Bank, Shivaji Nagar, Pune-411005 and Paid Rs.1000 as booking amount.
The saleswoman "Swati" has assured me time of approx 6 to 7 months in writing, but it's been 9 months with no communication from the dealer. Finally on 5th Sept, I paid full amount of Rs. 51, 198 (Receipt No: A5076) by cheque for Activa DLX (Grey colour) but still Activa has not delivered.
This is really frustrating to get such a poor service from established company like Honda. I hope Honda should look into this matter and increase the customer confidence in Honda as a brand.
Please help me in getting delivery on time.
