Negligence / Misconduct of Deale

Sir,

I have booked my Honda Activa on 04/02/10 after paying Rs.5000/- cash vide money receipt no. 5956 through Vikas Motor Co. 225C, A.J.C. Bose Road, Kolkata - 700 020, Phone: 2280-9028 / 29, Fax: 2287-6329, Email: [email protected], VAT NO. 19410517032.

I was promised the delivery in 3 days, which they had failed. After 13 days i.e., 17.02.10 they took the balance amount of Rs.45, 784/= in cash vide money receipt 6231 being full and final for its price and had confirmed the delivery in 3 days.

Today it's 23rd of Feb '10 and yet no sign of delivery. They had informed that it will take another 3-4 days to deliver the same, which i suppose will not be done.

Upon calling the dealer the call gets transferred to multiple desks and finally being disconnected.

I am completely helpless and don't know what to do.

Thus, thought of writing to you maybe could get some help from you.
