My Name is Mayur Karote and I'm from Pune.
I have a complaint regarding Honda Activa Customer Satisfaction and Service.
I had booked Honda Activa on 12th January. I was told delivery date of 75 days.
I made complete payment of Activa. On March 19th, I got a call from showroom dealer. (Dealer Name: Kothari Wheels, Tilak Road, Pune 2)
I got Delivery of vehicle on 23rd, where i was told that I'll be getting All documents (R.T.O. Registration, Invoice, and other Documents) on same day.
But on Delivery day, It took 2 hrs. I need to fight to get delivery of vehicle.
Staff out there was so arrogant, that they also said me "Who called you here, Why you came". This was not at all customer satisfying experience.
They had not provided me with Invoice and registration number of vehicle also. I need to fight to get my receipts also.
I spoke a manger for the same. Manager name was Santosh (Mb: 09373720055). But it didn't work.
I keep calling to showroom for RTO registration number, they always give me a new date, where on called on the date, again new date.
This is so frustrating, so again called manager Santosh, who also seems doing same process.
I tried Pune Activa Head office no. (Pune Office: 020-27240026 - 28). But nobody picked up.
same is the case with Gurgaon office.
I hope this written complaint will do the work.
