i purchased Honda Activa on 9-8-06. but a day before yesterday when it was parked in public parking, one shop owner had taken my activa by mistake as his activa's key was easily accessible to my activa. yesterday i also called ur customer care, but nobody responded. now im thinking its not safe to trust on company's original lock also. so as a fault from ur side, i want replacement from the company. kindly do the needful.
