NON DELIVERY AND WITH HIGHER CHARGES

We have booked the Activa one year Back (May’2010), but still not received the delivery because of non availability of stock as per dealer (Eemerald Honda, Ahmedabad). Now they are ready to give but at higher prices (More by alteast 5K) and compulsory with accessories and other conditions. The staff behavior is exceptionally bad or I say worst. We are really mentally harassed by the staff as they are asking unnecessary thing to us like calling the person in whose name we had booked (though already we are providing ID Proof and Original receipt) seems the person who comes on his behalf is a fraud and they are giving the vehicle free of cost. This is not only our feedback but same for all customers for this dealer. This creates bad name for the global company like HONDA. Also on the site of HONDA there is no email id or grievance numbers to register the compliants.
