3rd rate poor service by Honda Didar Motors

Hi,

Would like to bring to your notice about the 3rd rate poor service by Honda Didar Motors in Anna Salai (Thousand lights) Chennai.

I had a very bad experience. Didar had my vehicle for 2 days without attending the complaints I had notified during booking the service.

The service advisers are totally unprofessional. Do not know how to behave towards the customers. They try to escape from the fault. However had to finally admit, which was the most ugly part. The excuse taken was - "Spares not available" and this was informed, after me suffering lot of pains.

Didnt expect such a bad service from Honda.

Already being dissatisfied several times, since the time of purchase (purchased from KUN Honda Adyar) starting from the wait time for delivery, Honda has always been proving inefficient, except for the Engine quality.

If not the quality of the engine, Honda wouldn't exist only. Honda having its own peculiar rules puts more pain on the customers. Above this the dealers take more advantage of it, pulling the customers as and where they wish. The customers are forced to bear all these pain just because that we have bought Honda vehicle.
