I would like to bring to your notice that Honda activa bearing registration number AP 10 AM 1072 has hit my car (Santro Xing, Maroon) rear bumper and ran away. This event have taken place near DPS, diamond point on 14 November at 12.15pm on my way home. There was a damage to my car rear bumper and I could only note the scooter number in the due course. The owner is a lady and she was wearing a burqa. Please help me in knowing the scooter owner's contact and recover the loss.
