The service concerned with my activa is miserable. Now It seems as if i had bought a third hand activa. The engine has started making horrible noices which have been increasing with each new service from gyan honda. The mileage has become worst. Even after each service, i have to visit the service centre because the service seems useless. Regarding the usage of our activa, the activa goes for not more than 5 kms each day and with utmost care and affection. It really feels pity to have bought a new activa and obtaining such a response from servicing matters. Moreover the guards which had got installed from the dealer were not genuine and on reporting, they simply ignored the complaint. Please i request HONDA AGENCIES to have an insight at your GYAN HONDA DEALER's ignorance and carelessness and preserve the trust of activa from oncoming customers.
