It is very bad experiance from Honda authorised dealer (IMPERIAL AUTO, VALSAD, VAPI).i totally loss a faith on honda Products due to service that Authorised dealers Providing.
I booked HONDA ACTIVA DLX 110b (BLACK COLOUR) in IMPERIAL AUTO, Vapi on 03/12 in gernal quota vide Receipt no-11/c1/0005994. (Booking amt of Rs. 1000/ by cash) with 90 days waiting period, Yet i am waiting for the Delivery.
We had booked activa on above said agency.when we booked activa he said you will get you activa within two month, than we enqired after two month and he was saying i will manage in one month. Again we enqired he said rather than taking black colour he suggested to take some other colour, but we said we want only black colour then he replyed you will get your black colour activa on your date of booking maturity date i.e 4 months after booking date. Before the date of maturity we again gone there one week before to enquire about it, he said take your booked activa after one week any time.when we gone there with the reqired cash money he said pay the amount now and get your activa in 10 to 15 days as he din’t said it before we suggested him that we will pay the full amount when we would get our activa after getting our invoice.then he refused and shouted in their showroon and insulted us by saying that why have you booked your activa and why did you paid the booking amount, he said cancel your booking. We said give the active now i am ready to pay full amount within no time.
i want delivery of booked items withing few days.
so, i request you to take legal action against imperial auto vapi and the person associated with the practice.
Please do the needful.
