My name is Badal B. Patel and I have booked an Activa Black Modle on 17th April at your authorised dealer named "EMERALD BIKES PVT. LTD. " Ahmedabad.
My receipt no is : 681 dated 17th April Ref No. 10-11/00339
and I have deposited Rs. 1000 Via Cheque
The same copy I have Attached herewith.
At the time of booking the dealer promise to deliver the Activa dlx black within three months.
BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ACTIVA TILL TODAY.
Now dealer says the price of the Activa increase and I have to pay Rs.56, 000/- instade of Rs.51, 000/- and the difference of amount will be refunded by company in future.
I was also sent the e-mail to the company about my complaint.
