Locked back wheel problem with newly bought Honda Activa New model

Hi,

I have bought a new Honda Activa from Hooghly (Sreerampore). Details of the dealer/sub-dealer is mentioned below:

Even before the 2 wheeler is registered it suddnely gave a locked back wheel problem while driving and the back wheel cannot be moved an inch. I bought the vehichle on 15th October and the problem occured on 29th October. After reporting this to the mentioned dealer they investigated and found some problem with the ball bearing with the back wheel. It is really very much frustrating to have a brand new product of a renowned company like Honda giving this type of problems. My question is is there a way to get this product replaced as this is a totally new scooter and the product seems to be faulty. Details of the model is as below :
