Dear Sir/Madam,
I have procured Honda Activa from the dealer, Atul Honda, Jamnagar, Gujarat.
I have visited the service centre for the replacement of Honda Activa-Deluxe handle lock on 10.01.2011.
Since two months the dealer is not able to change the handle lock. The service centre manager advised me to every day for one week and he assured me to replace with in a week time. I am visiting his service centre every day since the day one. He is always telling me to come tomorrow for the replacement.
He is always blaming by saying that the spares are not available with him.
If he is true, please look into the spares supplement to the dealers in time. Otherwise the service centre manager has to provide the services to the customer in prescribed time.
We request you to look into the matter and resolve the same. Please see the delaer to not to balme the customers like me.
