POOR MILEAGE AND SERVICE BY DEALER NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY

I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA ACTIVA TWO-WHEELER FROM GUGNANI MOTORS, BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA WHOSE DEALER CODE IS OR-01-0002 ON 18-09. BEFORE FIRST SERVICING MILEAGE WAS 50 KMS PER LITRE OF PETROL. AFTER TWO SERVICES MILEAGE HAS COME DOWN TO 45 KMS/ LITRE. EVEN AFTER PRIOR BOOKING FOR SERVICING THEY ARE WASTING MY WHOLE DAY.MOREOVER, THEIR SERVICING AND WASHING AND TEFLON POLISHING ARE ALSO NOT SATISFACTORY.ALREADY COVERED 5600 KMS.

MY BOOKING FOR THIRD SERVICING IS ON 23-02. SERIAL NO. IS 06 AND TIMING IS 08.30 A.M-09 A.M..

NECESSARY STEPS MAY KINDLY BE TAKEN IMMEDIATELY.
