Non delivery of accessory - inner box inspite of advance payment

Sir,

This is Anil Kumar from agra. I am truly dissatisfied and annoyed with the service provided by Peoples honda agra. I purchased an activa scooter on 27 feb in the name of my sister, Ms. Bhanu Priya from PEOPLES HONDA AGRA.. i was told that one of the accessories, THE INNER BOX was unavailable at the moment and i was told to make the advance payment for it which i made immediately, I was assured that it would be made available within 2-3 days. But since then almost 3 MONTHS have passed but neither the inner box has been supplied to me nor the payment has been refunded to me. Everytime i contact them, they tell me to further wait for a week or so. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
