No Spare Parts & Bad Customer care

I'd purchased Honda CB Twister on 3rd April from Punjab Honda, Sarkhej Branch, Ahmedabad.

The Speedometer & Odometer of my bike are not working, I'd shown this fault to the Service Center of Punjab Honda on 25th January the mechanic told me that the Cable is faulty & needs to be replaced but the part is not available & will come in 10-15 days from the company. It's over a month now & still the part is not available. My bike is under warranty and as per the policy it should be replaced free of cost.

I've done a lot of phone calls and travelled many times to the service center & it's head office, but still I've not got favourable response from them. I've also uploaded my complaint on Honda's website but no reponse from their side either.

Now I'm repenting of my decision to buy a HONDA product, really fed up with this people now.
