Non-receipt of regn.card

I got my above two wheeler registered with the o/o the RTO, Karmanghat (Sagar Road) on 31/07 vide Appln. No. AP129/54905R n receipt no. IBPM11/52333 but till date the card of registration was not sent to me by post eventhough the regn.no.is allotted. The authorities concerned may expedite the regn.card immediately as it is considerably delayed.
